1. scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services between Monteurz and its customers in the area of the rental of rooms for fitters.
2. conclusion of contract
The booking of rooms for fitters at Monteurz can be made in writing, by telephone or electronically. A contract is only concluded when Monteurz has confirmed the booking.
3. prices and terms of payment
The prices for the fitters’ rooms are based on the current Monteurz price list and are per room and night. Payment is usually made on arrival or by individual agreement. An invoice will be issued on request.
4 Cancellation conditions
Cancellations of bookings must be made in writing. If canceled up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged. If canceled later or in case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
5. liability
Monteurz is not liable for damage, loss or theft of guests’ personal property during their stay in the fitters’ rooms.
6. data protection
Monteurz treats all personal data of customers confidentially and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Monteurz’s privacy policy is available on the website.
7 Other provisions
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of performance and exclusive place of jurisdiction is Recke.
